Not a pleasant stay.

I got bitten by mosquitoes in the room. Quite unexpected and I'm surprised that the hotel does not have a good pest control in place. Since I'm staying for 1 night, I didn't ask for a room change. My both legs were bitten by mosquitoes and i did see 1 of the culprits flying around. Avoid room 801.

Very comfortable, good location and top quality staff. It was a pleasure to stay there. The breakfasts were amazing and the restaurant run by an NGO was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for any staff member.I highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed Club Lounge’s service very much especially when Astrid was here ,well maintained. They were busy but Astrid always had an eyes on us, we talked and shared about each other's country's culture. Excellent team and professional service!

Meets all 5STAR expectations with excellent breakfast, restaurants, clean rooms and good quality of service. Location is close to city attractions. Penthouse swimming pool is also perfect, even rain accompanied you in water. Relatively not recent fashion design and style compared to other 5stars in the city, but not a big deal.

The staff at Sofitel were so friendly and made you feel welcome. The staff at the poolside bar were especially kind and generous. Overall everyone was always ready to make your stay the best experience you could have in Hong Kong City Minh. Recommended.
